Domestic Door to Door Shipping Policy 

  • Shipment processing time

Please notice, the domestic shipping policy only limited in Dubai and Pakistan. If buying network cabinets from our local shops, we provide a payable local installation service in our shops. And customers from other areas of the United Arab Emirates,  Oman, Bahrain, Kuwait, and Saudi Arabia, all orders purchasing by phone or via email are processed by our sales team within 2-3 business days after we received deposit, default we don’t provide installation service to consider the delivery/shipping cost, however, if customers require the installation service in this area, the extra delivery/shipping cost should be all afford by customers; Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

  • Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

  • Customs, Duties and Taxes

BOLEIN (www.rackspro.com / www.bolein.com) is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

  • Damages

Generally, BOLEIN  will not liable for any products damaged  or lost during shipping that caused by carrier. If you received your order damaged, please contact our sales team for assist you contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

For damages not caused by carrier, or quality defect problems, customers could file a claim for exchange a new product or return by keep it clean, and not influnce our 2nd sales. The details please read carefully of our return policy.

Please save all packaging materials,related documents and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy

BOLEIN also accepts orders from other countries/areas, but will not provide any local installation service, if customers need network cabinet or server racks well installation before dispatch, please contact our sales team via email or telephone during we negotiate the official contract. If customers didn’t mark any comment, orders will default delivery with flat packing.

If orders less than a full container, the lead time is around 10-15 days after we received payment, If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone. Orders less than full containers, customers could choose to ship by Express OR by sea.

Orders of a full container, the lead time is around 25-30days after we received payment, all the full container orders will be on board at Ningbo or Shanghai seaport.
