1. What’s your 19” cabinet’s range?
BOLEIN’s Wall Mount Network Cabinet is range from 4U to 18U,600*450mm, and 600*600mm; Loading Capacity: 60KG
Floor Standing Server Cabinets rages from 9U to 60U, 600*600mm, 600*800mm,600*1000mm, 800*800mm, 800*1000mm; Loading Capacity up to 2000KG
2.Can you make a custom-size cabinet?
Yes, we can produce custom size racks & Cabinets.
Some of our customers request to purchase 42U to 60U 600*1200mm, and 800*1200mm with loading capacities up to 1800KG.

3.May I get my brand’s network cabinet?
Yes, OEM & ODM orders are acceptable, if you are the brand holder, please approval us with your official authorization letter.
We reject producing fake brands. We know it’s how important to you. Protecting your brand’s value and your design is the last thing we can do for you.
4.Are your company sold cabinets to end users?
Bolein is a business-to-business type cabinet manufacturer & wholesaler and does not sell to end users.
For personal use, you can check with us your local dealers OR distributors of our brand.
If there aren’t any dealers in your Country, we will contact the nearby Countries’ distributors.
5.Will my server cabinet come assembled?
It depends on your needs. you can choose both flat pack OR well-assembled network cabinets.
Flat pack 19” cabinets could save more space and load more Quantity in your container.
Well-assembled network cabinets could save labor costs for the set-up fee, but shipping costs will be high.
6.What is the warranty policy?
There are 5 Years warranty from the date you received the goods.
The warranty policy excluded but was not limited to the defect by Human factors, such as violent unloading OR Irregular use.
Customers should provide us the invoice No. and defective photos, we will give the solution within 24Hrs.
7.Can you buy insurance for my goods?
Sure, in that case, the delivery term will be issued under CIF. Then we will arrange the insurance for your goods.
Generally, it is 110% of the total CIF amount and does not exceed 120% of it.
FOB and C&F terms do not include the insurance fee. Contact our sales team for more details.
8.How about the ETD if we order from you?
For the common orders, it’s around 20-25days after we received your deposit.
OEM orders need 30-35days for production, since it will take several days for the artwork OR label design for you.
Our sales team will send you a detailed time schedule. Once the sample gets approval, bulk orders will go on.
9. What are your payment terms?
Generally, our payment terms are 30%T/T deposit and 70% T/T before dispatch. L/C at sight is also OK.
If you prefer OA, DP, DA, or any other payment terms, we need to do an assessment based on your company,s capital, and credit.
The payment should payable to our company account.
10.How do we do if your account is changed?
For any change in our company, no matter the personnel changes OR bank account changes, we will issue an official letter of our company’s head, with the Signature and stamp of the legal entity.
If you receive any email without the above paper, please be cautious to protect your capital’s security.
11. Can we inspection our order?
Sure, you can make inspections yourself OR from a third-party testing agent.
If you are limited on it, we will issue our factory’s quality testing report before shipment.
Generally, we make 3%-5% inspections for finished orders. If there are any quality defects, we will arrange a rework.
12. Can we get a free sample?
Free samples are available only for the way below:
1. We send you a free sample, but shipment costs should be afforded by your company.
2. You pay us the sample and shipment cost first, and we will return it from your bulk orders. If the sample has a quality defect, we will also refund you.
